The system shall consist of a self-powered 2-way passive enclosure. The high frequency transducer shall contain a 3” diaphragm compression driver coaxially-loaded onto a 12” weather-resistant low frequency transducer in a bass-reflex tuned enclosure.
The usable system bandwidth shall be 50 Hz to 20 kHz (-10 dB). The system shall generate a conical directivity (-6 dB points) of 90°. Maximum peak SPL, measured at 1m under free field conditions using pink noise with crest factor 4, shall be 133 dB.

Enclosure cabinet construction shall consist of Baltic birch plywood. Dimensions shall be 540 mm (21.3 in) height, 410 mm (16.1 in) width and 390 mm (15.4 in) depth. Enclosure weight shall be 32 kg (70.5 lbs). The front of the enclosure shall be protected by a sandblast-coated steel grill covered with acoustically-transparent fabric.
The enclosure shall have a wedge-shaped design with a fixed angle setting of 30° for monitoring applications. The loudspeaker shall feature a 35 mm (1.38 in) diameter pole mount socket mounted on the bottom side, and a recessed plate on the top side, for rigging the enclosure in conjunction with an adjustable U-bracket assembly.
Connection to the loudspeaker shall be made via two parallel XLR connectors. AC power connectors shall be PowerCon® type and 115V or 230V operation shall be selectable via rear panel slider switch.

The system contains a speaker management DSP and a power amplification module. The digital filter manages the system crossover network, driver time alignment, thermal protection and the linearization of the transducers.
The input shall be electronically balanced and the max Input level shall be +12 dBu (gain potentiometer at 0 dB position).
The power amplifier shall provide 1000 W continuous into 8 ohms. DSP sampling shall be 24 bits/ 48kHz.
